Program

Join us for a journey into the past, to the 13th century, accompanied by our tour guide, who will portray a character from that era: Olivier de Termes. He will immerse you in the world of the Crusades, war, and medieval fortifications during the tour.

Get to Know Your Guide/Character:

Join the ranks of Olivier de Termes, an accomplished knight who lived through the Albigensian Crusade during his childhood. He grew up alongside the great faydit lords, the noble rebels who were dispossessed of their land during the Albigensian Crusade. After many years of fighting to reclaim his inheritance, he finally saw peace established in the Midi. He then entered the service of the King of France and went to defend the Holy Land. After shining on the battlefield, he became one of the principal advisors to the King of France.
Through his eyes, you will relive the significant events that marked Carcassonne in the 13th century.
He is preparing for his departure to the Holy Land and is looking for volunteers for the crusade.
