ANCV Holiday vouchers

Payment procedure by holiday voucher:

Please contact us using the contact form and provide the following information:

• The name and location of the visit you wish to book. 
• The date of the visit.
• The number of adults and children (please specify their ages).
• Your contact information.

You can then make payment

• by Cheque-Vacances Connect for amounts starting from €20, the amount can be adjusted down to the nearest euro.
  •  To do this, please provide us with your Cheque-Vacances Connect identifier in the contact form. We will then send you a payment request directly through your application.
• by Paper Chèque-Vacances (ANCV holiday vouchers): :
  • The reservation will be confirmed upon receiving the paper Cheque-Vacances by postal mail no later than 48 hours before the start of the visit (send to Epok’Tour – 5 rue des écoles – 73160 COGNIN).
  • Please note that we do not provide change for paper Cheque-Vacances.
