Madame Rose is the proprietress of a brothel in Toulouse in the 1880s, but she prefers to call herself a "merchant of love." A strong-willed woman who speaks her mind, she enjoys strolling through the streets of the city during her free time, dreaming of one day resembling the upper-class. She has come a long way in recent years! Hailing from the countryside, she settled in Toulouse at the young age of 20. After ten years in the brothels of the "gardeners" district, just outside the city center, she has opened her own establishment, "La Présidence," in the same neighborhood, which she wants to reserve for a carefully chosen clientele. But Madame Rose is also a woman with a taste for the finer things and modernity, which she will not hesitate to share with you. So, join her at Place Saint Georges for a colorful stroll!
