Payment procedure by holiday voucher:
Please contact us using the contact form and provide the following information:
- The name and location of the visit you wish to book.
- The date of the visit.
- The number of adults and children (please specify their ages).
- Your contact information.
You can then make payment
- by Cheque-Vacances Connect for amounts starting from €20, the amount can be adjusted down to the nearest euro.
- To do this, please provide us with your Cheque-Vacances Connect identifier in the contact form. We will then send you a payment request directly through your application.
- by Paper Chèque-Vacances (ANCV holiday vouchers): :
- La réservation sera validée à reception par voie postale des chèques-vacances au plus tard 48H avant le début de la visite (envoi à Epok’Tour – 387 avenue Jean-Marie Michellier, Bât. B, Appt 341 – L’Orée des Bois – 73290 La Motte-Servolex France)
- Please note that we do not provide change for paper Cheque-Vacances.
A noter : Tout paiement par chèque-vacances est non remboursable. En cas d’annulation de la visite, un avoir valable 2 ans sur l’ensemble de nos visites vous sera proposé.
